Running with Bolters has now been updated!

Key features:

New siege weapon: Missile Launcher
Plasma Guns are now available
Rhino APCs replace Armored Trucks
Razorback now has a Plasma Cannon
Predator replaces Tank
Melta Bomb and Frag Grenade have been merged to become the Krak Grenade
Redone Melta Bomb
New calls: Deep strike and artillery barrage
The Emperor protects via the new Rosarius item

Ok, maybe I'm just dumb, but how do I install this mod?

You have to move the RWBolters folder into the 'overlays' folder.

The file path of the folder should look like this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Running with rifles\media\overlays\RWBolters

Every time I try to start the mod, I get an insta-crash on the splash screen, with 'an unrecoverable exception has occurred'. Making a backup and pasting the mod directly into the 'media' folder doesn't seem to work either.

I took a look at the rwr_game file, and I found

Other than that, I don't really know what to do

Hmm, at least vanilla no longer ships with hud_mortar.png, it's hud_mortar1.png and hud_mortar2.png.

Sounds like something in the mod could be still referring to hud_mortar.png?

I believe the artillery strike still uses hud_mortar.png. I'll upload a fixed version once I get home.

Version 4 is now live. The Assault Launcher has been removed but the range of Krak Grenades have been improved. Two new secondary weapons have been added: the Bolt Pistol and the Plasma Pistol. The Comms Truck has been replaced with the Command Rhino.

Umm...Is normal that i have still the same error? I've checked and still hudmortar.png not found....

Open Running with rifles\media\overlays\RWBolters\weapons\sc_mortar.call
and replace "hud_mortar.png" with "hud_mortar1.png". I'm uploading a fixed version.
