Miniguns! mod updated

Added new UI icon, map icon, and texture for the item version of the weapon (IE: That nice big bag when you're carrying the weapon in your hand), all courtesy of JackMayol.

Changed balance some:
Re-fire rate: .015 -> .02
Kill chance: 0.5 -> 0.4
Kill Decay start: ? -> .25
Kill Decay end: ? -> .7
Recoil: .05 -> .07
Recovery: 1.5 -> 0.6
spread range: 0.4 -> 0.55

In laymans terms, it shoots somewhat slower. The bullet does less damage, particularly at range, the recoil is hgiher (due to lower fire rate), and the recoil recovery time is slower. The maximum inaccuracy has been increased further.

Miniguns! mod has been incorporated into version 0.95 of the game, making the mod rather moot. If I decide to change stats in the future, I will definitely revive the mod, it will remain in the thread for the sake of nostalgia and aforementioned reason of me potentially updating it.
