It's time for RWRS to export itself beyond its boundaries to conquer the Internet!

RWRS now provides dynamic images to be included on your website, blog or forum for both RWR servers (namely servers banner) and players profile (namely players profile signature).

Here's how a server banner looks like:



Servers banner are available for dedicated servers only and are updated every 5 minutes. Code to be used to include these banners is accessible in the new Server banner button at the top of the server details page.

Regarding players profile signature, you can find how it looks like in my signature below.

Code to be used to include profile signature is available in the new Signature tab on the players profile page. These signatures are of course only available for players on ranked (official) servers, and are updated daily.

A little trivia: work on RWRS begun on 27 September, 2017 but it was made publicly available only this day, exactly one year ago.

It's been a while. Here's what changed in the latest RWRS update (not including little things that were made last months):

- Large tables content display has been improved for medium and small screens. Use the scrollbar at the bottom of the tables if they doesn't fit your screen
- RWRS now shows the corresponding US rank of the players next to the IJA rank (on both the website and Discord bot) if IJA is being played on official Pacific servers
- A popover is now shown when hovering a player name to quickly get basic info about that player without opening a new tab or changing page. Available on server details and servers list (extended view mode) pages
- New About and Feedback pages

Hey there,

The latest RWRS update now highlights when a given player has been promoted to a new rank everywhere where it's relevant (available only for the top 5000 experienced players):

• On the website: in the player's Evolution (vertical blue lines in charts) and Stats history (rows are highlighted in green) tabs
  
• In the Discord bot: in the evolution (vertical blue lines) and stats with a date parameter (a text is displayed) commands

Small update: the RWRS bot as well as the website now highlights servers with upcoming or ongoing events

Greetings!

Starting today, RWRS now allows you to create an account by signing-in through Steam (you'll find the sign-in link at the top-right of all pages). This is the first step to awesome upcoming features such as the Market or the new friend list (no spoil).

As for now, creating an account on RWRS is pretty useless. "So why bothering us with that", you'll ask.

In fact, this update is intended for a developer audience: RWRS now provides a REST API to pull different kind of data and making stuff. You'll find everything you need to know in the docs.

Today's RWRS update is the new friends list.

It's not only a complete visual redesign, but also a deep rewrite of the whole feature. The reason is simple: previously, you didn't have to create an account to set RWR players as friends because friends were saved in your web browser, locally. It was a struggle to maintain this feature; it added an additional overhead on all RWRS pages; plus - obviously - your friends weren't accessible everywhere you'll use the RWRS website (because of the previously mentioned reason).

But that's all over now. Starting today, you'll need an RWRS account to use the new friends list. Don't worry, you didn't lost anything! All you have to do is to sign-in using your Steam account, then go to your friends list. Your friends will automatically be imported into your account.
