Player Limit Setting doesn't seem to be sticking when you turn it off.

Changelog:

- modified player limit setting (4/8/16/32/64)
- added a new row for mode
- adjusted the serverlist url

fixed a bug that made RWRW crash when sorting the list.

updated to version 1.8.3

- fixed formatting bug causing the server list to show almost empty. In this case sorting the list caused a crash

I keep getting the 404 error whenever I try to download it. Apparently it's not on the website.

This is because the servers were moved to another web address or something. ;)
