I started with a decent 150ms lag, but at some point it went up to 220ms. I anyway found it remarkably playable with those figures. I had one serious 10-second OOS situation where none of the events made any sense, but overall it worked surprisingly well given the distances involved.
For some other stats, server CPU load was at 44% when we had 33 players in, seemed to be the max that I noticed.
The server script crashed at the end, one of my recent event log additions for teddy hunt was the cause, hence the awkwardly quick stop after game end.
