0.5 * (0.70 - (50 / 100)) / (0.70 - 0.35) = 0.5 * (0.7-0.5) / 0.35 = 0.5 * 0.2 / 0.35 = 0.2857 ;)

In our case the proba is 0.5 * (0.70 - (50 / 100)) / (0.70 - 0.35) = 0.2857 which is a ~28% kill chance

0.5 * (0.70 - (50 / 100)) / (0.70 - 0.35) = 0.5 * (0.7-0.5) / 0.35 = 0.5 * 0.2 / 0.35 = 0.2857 ;)
Lol, Jack it looks exactly the same...... copy-paste, ha :P

I, personally, do not give a single fu*ck about the possibility, probability or range. And by the way those who pretend to be a vets must know where, how and when an weapon can be used at its best way without any calculations, measures, charts or graphs.......... as for the other side - all the newbies, they also don't give a single fu*ck just because they do not know and do not care about those characteristics.

>at some position during the battle-hmm-ceasefire-calculate/open the Wiki-go to armory/stash-take the exactly needed wep-go back-renew shooting......
"One copy of RWR, please, and one calculator as well"
So all that is much ado about nothing imo :)

you'd wonder how many people would be interested in that DIO...
And you have thousands of playtime experience so that you have a good enough feeling about those values, not everyone has.

Yeah, Jack, maybe you're right but I rather think only a few people might be interested as it is just for the statistics, plus while playing, you have no time/possibility to calculate/compare whatever it is.

It is not about calculating during battle. Its more about getting to know the range your weapons could best be utilized. you can guesstimate easily the effective range of weapons you most regularly use. for example, Ive been using the p90 recently and noticed p90 becoming very ineffective at some distances, using that knowledge i have now, i am more effectively able to guesstimate the best range for this weapon within by a 5 meter margin

Making it 266m or 150m doesn't matter at the end. We just want the Lahti to kill no matter what distance. The max distance you can should might be something around 100m (when on a crane with a sniper aiming at the edge of the screen for example), so basically it would be enough to start bullet decay for the lahti at 100m.

What is the average view distance added to a scoped weapon at ground level? It seems that svd and vss have 5m less view range compared to the other stocks. but what of the barretts and lahti?
