if you wonder why the "official" server is "0.70" already, it's because the server version has already been updated since pasik went on holidays for a week (enjoy the radiation of the sun instead of the PC's radiation ;) ) and will have restricted remote access to his server.
The new version has already been provided to BMT and Desura and should (hopefully) be online within the next few hours.
Some nice improvements has been done among other stuff like the official release of the first PvP map, a mobile spawn point truck, etc...

I suspect many trucks to be driven behind enemy lines and used as a mobile hq :D

I was probably overestimating Desura's ability to approve new releases during Thursday - Friday before the weekend, so looks like they'll do it when they get back to work on Monday.

Should be interesting to see how it affects PvP with bots, I'm hoping it helps to resolve a few stalemates as the attacking players don't necessarily have to spawn back in their territory as long as the truck is well placed and kept hidden in enemy territory.

The future AI needs to start to patrol the areas around their bases to locate possible enemy spawn trucks too. I suppose it's ok if they just attempt to destroy them when located rather than steal them making them unusable for the owning faction :)

Also, once the AI knows how to drive the jeep, I might hook them up to drive the trucks too somewhere they see fit. Having said that, it could be though that these spawn point trucks should just be left as a player aid, and maybe use regular trucks (logically similar to jeep, just with more passengers slots) mostly as heavier AI transportation.
