Beta 0.98.3 is about to be released in a matter of hours. Besides fixing some critical bugs, the update comes with some stuff from the on-going general polishing work.
gameplay: remote detonation with lmb doesn't shoot anymore at the same time gameplay: quick picking up vest should go to equipment, not backpack gameplay: another fix attempt to overcome the no spawn points to respawn -bug on servers sometimes; the final base capture timer will now run in such case to help the winning faction win gameplay: dynamic ground effects are stored in savedata now online: fixed client armory/stash usage crash with having no weapons from previous session online: fixed invasion admin /warp X command online: fixed spawning without any items on a server if the server was left while being dead online: fixed online mode staying in pause if another server is joined without manually disconnecting the earlier campaign: an actual transport helicopter now appears near the final mission extraction point, wow campaign: game event radio messages are now suppressed when commander briefing is on going campaign: improved saving handling at the moment of quitting to main menu and on map change campaign: script log file splitting added to avoid big log files hud: world view updated notification doesn't happen 1000x in a row anymore hud: extraction point radio messages have been changed to notifications (on the right top side), with some duplicate notification avoidance hud: certain other radio messages have been turned into notifications as well hud: fixed pause panel size not matching with text content hud: squad chat indication icon added menu: activated mods that have been deleted no longer show in custom campaign and map overlay menus general: map specific materials a now loading properly general: day_duration and starting_day_phase added in world loading settings modding: character gravity, swimming_gravity, skydiving_gravity exposed modding: vehicle gravity, gravity_in_water exposed, goes in physics definition
