erm, im not quite sure if this is a correct place to ask but lets see.
Of course it might be cheaper to do it yourself buy wires, get needed tools and get to work
professionals are recommended if knowledge to do the "floor-floor" is basically none but it probably costs more (i dont actually know) but they know what their doing.
Im not 100% sure about above then.
