Cursor doesn't move

Hello, I have a problem with my game
The basic Windows cursor stays on the game and the game cursor (Cursor sight) is there but doesn't move.

I can move my character but I can't shoot or aim.

Do you have a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance.

Did it just happen recently or has it been like that since a while?
Do you have AMD Raptr running by any chance? If so disable it.

This is the first time it happens to me for several days.
And no I do not have AMD Raptr.
