Not sure if this is a bug, or I need to do something or if this hasn't been added yet but how do I get into 'area 69' in the map. I managed to clear the castle and take out the radio tower and anti air and stuff after some time, however I'm not sure what I do after that because of the wall blocking entry to the next part of the mission. Is this wall meant to break after something happens? I'm a bit confused. If someone would let me know something about it that would be great, cause I am really enjoying the mission so far and want to finish it :)

Sounds like something went wrong indeed, the wall is supposed to vanish when the radio tower is destroyed.

Can you send the savegame files to me at support@modulaatio.com? You can find them at %appdata%\Running with rifles\savegames\[your campaign name].save.
