So, I was sneaking around the edge of the map. I then had to go, so I quit the game.
Now, when I came back from what I had to do, I went right by accident (so, off the map) and I was stuck there. I could only go further, but a step back was not able to be taken. Quite irritating, seeing as my side held 60% of the territory, and I worked hard for that. =P

Priority: Medium

Does this occur only in a particular section or direction? I tried to reproduce this in the south-southwest corner and didn't have any issues leaving and returning.

I did it on the far East.

Location: Somewhere among the fog, watching you kill the AI.
The map edges ARE a bit choppy. At the bottom, heading towards the bottom right corner, as you walk straight, the map pushes you down, off the screen. Kinda annoying. :\

I can see that happen actually, the saving isn't as accurate as you might expect and it can cause problems in the world edge blocks. It's a good thing that you noticed this, now I can add it to my list. Too bad it ruined your game progress, though :P
