I've been getting this crash since .59 and it continues with .60, could anyone assist please?

By the looks of it, you don't have the terraian5_heightmap.png in one of your map folders.

If reinstalling doesn't fix it then go to C:\Program Files\Running with rifles\media\maps and see if it that file is in both the map1 and map2 folders.

(if your on some versions of windows it will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Running with rifles\media\maps )

JonahDude is right, something like that is most likely going on.

Have you been playing with a modded map lately by any chance? Check that C:\ProgramData\Running with rifles\settings.xml (Vista and Win7) has a proper reference to initial map, e.g.
<map_resource_location>media\maps\map2</map_resource_location>
