Hello,

I recently installed Running with Rifles onto my desktop (Through Desura).
The issue I was facing originally was the game couldn't find the 'OpenAL32.dll' file which I took the shortcut and grabbed it from the system32 directory.
But now I have a new issue...

The application error that says
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

I have tried many times re-installing the game with no luck.
I re-downloaded OpenAL and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (Which said I had a newer version installed).

Since I couldn't find any other way on the forum I decided to post.

Thanks for any help,
~Waddlesticks

Have you tried installing OpenAL manually using http://connect.creativelabs.com/openal/ ... alinst.zip yet? Technically, Desura installer should do that for you.

Did you try the demo http://www.modulaatio.com/runningwithri ... nstall.exe first, did it work any better for you?

Manually is how I installed the OpenAL.

I will try the demo now!

EDIT: Goes back to the...
"The program can't start because OpenAL32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

EDIT #2: I fixed it!

All I did was uninstall OpenAL from my computer and reinstalled it. As simple as that!
Thanks for the help!
