in all seriousness, when you said you wiped your computer, do you mean a full reinstall of windows and everything? a full wipe of the harddrive?

Everytime i download this game from desura a virus is downloaded that plays audio ads in the background. I really like the game and all but i wont risk my personal information for it. can someone help? |

lol. How could we help since this has clearly nothing to do with RWR... IF you have a virus then you can be sure that it's not due to a RWR installation... |

The second i downloaded the game for the 4th time the audio ads popped up.Then i wiped out my computer and only installed RWR from Desura.I had nothing on my pc except RWR and anything required to play it.Then the virus ads came on as soon as the download was complete. |

Well given that this game is one of pasik's many attempts to take over the world, are you really that surprised? soon, the whole world will see audio ads while playing rwr. //end troll In all seriousness, this is most likely NOT from desura or rwr given that no one else has this issue and that desura pours over its files to check for such things constantly and consistently. There are 3 steps you can take to help your problem. 1. tell us what ad is playing in the background. 2. stop downloading porn. 3. use BMT micro (if you have it) to ensure that it is related to rwr.  Nevermind i found the source and its not porn (thank god) and im rid of it so i can focus on helping the game with ideas again.
