Okay, so, I've gotten a 'new' computer. It's not brand new, but it's new to me. I had RWR running on my old laptop but I can't get it to work on this desktop. It's windows 7 64 bit. I get the error "The Program can't start because d3dx9_42.dll is missing from your computer" I've tried re-installing many times.. What am I doing wrong?

Updating DirectX 9 runtime should do the trick, here: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35

Okay, Thanks pasik! I'll try it out in a bit when everything gets installed and stuff on my new computer.. In the mean time, the game is coming a long great! Silly Driving!
