Yes map 4 works, I played on it for a few hours yesterday .

As for the rest of the maps, the only other map to work is map 3. Insular complex, maps 1 and 2, are also causing that same crash. Come to think of it, I also got that same crash on map 4 after advancing a little bit too far with my own forces.

Hmh, that's too bad then. It does sound that certain areas in the maps have something that your graphics card isn't able to handle, and map1 and map2 happen to start by default in such a place. My guess is that if you'd go to the same place in map4 that caused the crash, you'd get it again.

Have you tried updating your graphics card driver yet?

Yup, I've got the latest drivers on it. Truth be told, the graphics card wasn't even all that great with games when it was new, and the newest driver was released back in 2010. I don't think you have to worry about this too much. I know you want to optimize for low grade computers, but mine is probably over doing it in that department.
