Just bought this game and the moment I start it up I get this crap poping up. My Direct X is up to date, and I cant get any answers from google

edit: the pop-up box title says it rwr_config.

Solved, If your useing the DX9c web installer, don't.
Used the 9.0c redist

For some reason the normal web installer wasn't doing its job.
