As a noob player, when bots were saying "Let's stay here" and "Follow me" I did what they said 'cause I thought they were human players.

Bots should not have dialogue bubbles that use commands or suggest tactics (unless the devs want to make the bots smart enough to do what they are suggesting, ha ha.)

Bots should pretty much just say non-info things that just have an emotion. For example, instead of "Let's stay here", say "I'm scared", and instead of "Follow me" say "Ready to go!" etc...

Those are bot squad leaders who are telling their soldiers what to do. It's good for immersion and for letting nearby players know what the bots intentions are.

It's also great for stealth missions as it lets you know what the AI you're sneaking up on is doing. :D

Nah, I love the fact the bots say that stuff. They're just commanding their crew!

Adn don't worry, as a veteran player, I often "join" their squads too sometimes, just for the hell of it. It's not like it's bad or anything. :D

That's one of the things I Love about RWR - you're just a single soldier that's part of this larger force. I also sometimes follow them and it actually is generally safer than going in solo.
