Who of these soldiers are in my squad? Should I go already, or wait if they will possibly spawn? Where the heck are they?

I think a green circle under your squadmates would be very helpful to identicate them.
It'd work like this:

I see no downsides in it, performance may drop slightly but I don't think it would be noticeable.

So, what do you guys think?

I agree something could be added to indicate who's in your team. It'll be especially useful when there's some orders to give on the right mouse button in the future.
