Sandbox Mod mode- This would be pretty cool, just to know what mod you have up, and have all the vehicles in place. But it sounds useless when you test anything with the AI.
Secondary Functionality- I'd rather it be you can't redeploy it, so you have to tactically (maybe strategically) decide where it must be, because it's the deployment choice that can change anything. Allowing redeploy makes tactical MG placements not as useful, and can create problems regarding who can recover it. In short, I'm not for this one.
