I have always envied the awesome armor that the special soldiers on all factions have. The skins look super cool and was wondering if they could be available for a price. Or maybe new skins could be made for each factions' vest.

Option 1:

Either the price of finding them in crates or the purchase of them in the armory. I saw that this was mentioned this past June by Redacted but not many people touched on it.
This would be a super easy thing to do, that I could do if needed. But will require some balancing.

Option 2:

Another option for this could be for a new skin to pop up on your character when wearing a Vest III. Since that is already in game. And is balanced and thought out fully, that would be the easiest option.
