One single round wipes out a huge swath of land, anything in its blast radius gets rekt. The blast radius is so big that even optics is not enough to call from a safe distance, which means you need to evacuate and warn players to get far away as possible. That means huge precautions and risks must be taken to use such a strike, making such decisions only reserved to the most senior higher-ups, the chiefs of staffs of the General of the Army.
