Below are my suggested stats, devs are free to modify as they see fit.

Idea: The enemy factions after suffering wave after wave of defeats have came up with a new solution to combat skilled players and ensure that they achieve victory. Thus, they started a project and devoted many resources on training the best officers into elite super soldiers whos small numbers are alone can turn the tide of battle.

Mechanics:

After an specific time had passed in a match (lets say an hour or more, up to devs decision) or the enemy ai faction is losing too quickly and down to last base in under 15 minutes,
the artificial intelligence in the game will immediately spawn a unique special ops armored vehicle on random base held by enemy. Inside the van are the special ops units, the van will drive to the frontlines. They will not deploy once the allied team destroy the vehicle, kind of like the enemy version of the prison bus. Once they jump out, they will behave like any other regular AI except they are harder to defeat.

The COMMANDER will post message on chat with something like 'According to our intelligence, the enemy faction had just deployed elite special operations units to aid in their battle! Be on the lookout for them!'

or
'According to our intelligence, the enemy factions had just deployed a elite special operations units to undermine our operation! Eliminate them!'

They will spawn in 10-15 (numbers up to devs decision) of these new unique units. These units have highly aggressive and possess many boosted passive stats and will pose a new challenge to players and add more variety to the game.

-Trained to be agile and elusive, they have built in +15% speed buff to reach and catch up to its units quickly, no speed penalty from weapons.
-80% less detect radius, making friendly ai very hard to target them while they can pick the rest off with ease.
- -25% kill chance from enemy guns, and -40% effective radius from incoming explosions.
-Cannot use vehicles
-Can use radio and call in accurate precision strikes
-Can carry up to 8 of the new high fragmentation grenade mk 2 with greater throw range, damage, radius, and lighter than the regular only available to them. Can be looted
-Wears the newly designed 'Predator' Vest IV. Identical to the Vest III, but without the stun and speed penalty.
-armed with unique special ops rare weapons
-carries SMAW rpg to attack vehicles from a further distance

I have revamped and updated the suggestion to make it more suitable to the game.
