You can mod it, however a lot of the great mods (Running with Democracies,NEWA,Thundershot,Grenade Launcher ) won't work.

I got 0.74 while I was in the States. The problem is, here in China, Desura has a bunch of trouble. RWR Beta is nice and cheap at less than 50 yuan, but because Desura doesn't work well here, I'm stuck with 0.74. You wouldn't happen to know if there's any other way of purchasing RWR, would you?

hmm. if you have a credit card from somewhere other than China, I think you may be able to use paypal?

if you got 0.74 i was using a pirated version 0.74 when i didnt buy the game and now i bought the game this is how to edit the weapons just go to media then models and open this file weapon_specifications.xml and bingo you can now change the weapon rate of fire and damage projectile speed and commoness.
