Doesn't seem to work on any IP. Tried IP's like 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.1.1 and my local IP address, no dice. Friends can't connect either. Definitely not a port forwarding issue, though, as other games are working fine on the same ports.
That's certainly unexpected. Any chance firewall would be blocking it? To be honest, sounds a bit strange that it would block it locally though.
Did the server activate all right when you issued the start_server command? If you call status in the console, does it show that one line that network is active?
