I was thinking if its possible to make somekind of "all-time" stats for beerdrinkers to addict peoples more like invasion does?
Of course XP and RP would reset each map.

In this connection, while playing this sunday I noticed that the stats were permanent all the time between maps changing. It kinda seems as a better option at least in that 12 hours auto reset period and as well as you don't need to achieve a certain XP to use some weps and/or to take out those "stupid" comms/tanks drivers :P

Doc put the server on persitent profile during the event. He forgot to shut down the server while some people were already in so that their profiles didn't reset so it was a bit messed up at the end.

Ya I agree. Pasi is working on profile migration so that profiles will be shared between trusted servers. Once that done we could think about something to make people play more PvP. I have a few ideas but it could mean a lot of work, not sure if we are willing to do that. Pasi for sure knows better what workscope it would mean.
It's a bit of a viscious circle to us as the PvP interest isn't too big right now thus not very motivating to implement something like a ranking/stats/etc system.

I don't like in PvP that the player with the highest Kills minus deaths number is first. We could for example introduce a skill rating that is persistent. The ranks, XP and RP would be resetted at the end of the round though. A skill value could a more or less complicated formula implementing revives, kills (kills of higher skilled players would raise your skill a bit more), base capturing, base defending (not possible to track right now), objective destroying. It should be balanced out so that people wouldnt focus on something specific because it raises the skill much more compared to other things.

Then there's the issue that you have stat whores out there which might kill a bit the fun while taking stuff too seriously.

PvP as minimodes would need a client update and I didnt start with the changes yet. A Team Teddy Hunt could be cool too hm.

Gonna make an official announcement on Steam soon. Would be awesome to break the PvPvE record which was something like 29 players.
